Dear Stephen and Family,

I was terribly saddened to hear of Debbie's death. We met once a long time ago when you were in visiting the Frim Family and probably don't remember me but I grew up with Debbie on Elinor Road in Newton Highlands. We lived diagonally across the street from each other. Throughout our elementary school years, Debbie and I played together frequently. It seemed that one of us was constantly at the other's house. I have pretty vivid memories of playing dress-up together, building snow forts and just hanging out. It seems inconceivable to me that she is gone. I will try to be at the memorial service tomorrow but will have to leave right when it is over (mabye even a little early). So if I don't get to speak with you I just wanted to let you know that I am thinking of you. Debbie will always have a place in my heart. Joanne Camann

Dear Stephen, Shana, Leah and Jennah,
Even knowing how ill Debbie was, it was a shock to hear when she died. It is hard to take in. While we haven't been together enough in recent years, you know Debbie was part of our family. It is hard to believe that more than 40 years have passed since we started playing, and laughing, and sharing together. Debbie was always looking for the positive, and she always brought us sunshine. I am sorry that our Nomi will not have the chance to know her as we did.
Please know of the love we have for her and for all of you. I hope that we stay in touch, and share the memories and love we have for Debbie.
Even though we cannot be with you at the memorial service, we are with you in spirit, and thinking of you.
Lori and Nomi join me in sending our hugs and wishes of comfort for all of you.

Dear Stephen and family,
John and I were so truly sorry to hear of your loss of Debbie. I know many years have passed but I remember those early years of engagements and the welcoming of our new families. They are the best of memories. Our thoughts and prayers.
