Samuel Perch Obituary

PERCH, Samuel P. 84, of Worcester, Nov. 11, 2008 in his home, surrounded by his family. Loving husband of Carol A. (Perch) Perch; beloved father of son, Kenneth P. Perch and his wife Sandra of Shrewsbury; a daughter Lori A. Perch of Worcester; grandfather of, Andrew P. Perch and Katherine A. Perch; brother of Anne Kochakian of Peabody. The funeral for Samuel will be held Friday, November 14, from Mercadante Funeral Home & Chapel, 370 Plantation Street, WORCESTER with a service at 10 a.m. in Saint Mary's Syrian Orthodox Church, 1 Industrial Drive, Shrewsbury. Interment will follow in Hope Cemetery, Worcester. Calling hours will be held tonight, Thursday, November 13, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the funeral home, with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to UMass-Memorial Hospice in care of The Foundation, One Biotech, 365 Plantation Street, Worcester, MA 01545 or Elder Home Care, 411 Chandler Street, Worcester, MA 01602 or The American Cancer Society, 350 Plantation Street, Worcester, MA 01604 or to Saint Mary's Syrian Orthodox Church, 1 Industrial Drive, Shrewsbury, MA 01545.
