PERCH, Samuel P. 84, of Worcester, Nov. 11, 2008 in his home, surrounded by his family. Loving husband of Carol A. (Perch) Perch; beloved father of son, Kenneth P. Perch and his wife Sandra of Shrewsbury; a daughter Lori A. Perch of Worcester; grandfather of, Andrew P. Perch and Katherine A. Perch; brother of Anne Kochakian of Peabody. The funeral for Samuel will be held Friday, November 14, from Mercadante Funeral Home & Chapel, 370 Plantation Street, WORCESTER with a service at 10 a.m. in Saint Mary's Syrian Orthodox Church, 1 Industrial Drive, Shrewsbury. Interment will follow in Hope Cemetery, Worcester.
