To Miriam and all of Ed's family:

All of our family are thinking of you and Ed today. Ed was a wonderful neighbor -- always teaching us about the Strawberry Hill Road where he had grown up -- and about his family's life on the farm. He was a gentleman and good friend and great example to our children -- we will miss him very much.
