My thoughts are with you Leslie and Tammy on your dad's passing. So glad you were able to be with him for so many years Leslie. Lots of love and sympathy.

Mike Luft was my best friend, Leslie's dad. He built our first tree house. I will always think of him, coming home from work in his uniform, or taking us to the beach, or raking leaves in the yard. In later years he explored his artistic side. He lived a long life and gave a lot of joy to those around him. He will be missed.

Mr. Luft,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your years of dedicated service and sacrifice-first for our Country when you served in the U.S. Armed Forces and secondly for the citizens of New York City when you served with the NYPD. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
