Mrs. Potter was a social worker in Walpole when my mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease in 1979. At that time the phrase "Alzheimer's Disease" was not known, and cruelly, it was considered plain old senility. Mrs. Potter was so kind to me, understanding the situation and offering wonderful advice. She also arranged some social services for my mother. I will always remember her empathy and concern. She truly was a lovely lady.

The volunteers and staff of Caritas Norwood Hospital extend our deepest sympathy on Nancy's sudden passing. Nancy has volunteered in the medical records department for the past 3 and a half years and the generous gift of her time was greatly appreciated. To those who worked closely with her, she was always good-natured, very dedicated and loved to talk about her family. Nancy will be greatly missed. We will keep you all in our thoughts and prayers during this sad time.
