Bessie Skentzos Obituary

SKENTZOS, Bessie (Papagianopoulos) Of Cambridge, December 2, 2008. Beloved wife of the late Demetrios Skentzos. Devoted Mother of Peter Skentzos and his wife Barbara, Speros Skentzos and his wife Diane, Charles Skentzos and his companion Mary Stackpole and the late Georgia Meimeridis. Sister of Stavros Tsampas, Maro Mihalopoulos and Pipi of Athens, Greece, and the late Peter, Harry and Georgia. Also survived by 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Funeral from the Faggas Funeral Home, 551 Mt. Auburn St., WATERTOWN, MA, on Friday, December 5, at 9 am, followed by Services in the Greek Orthodox Church Taxiarchae, 25 Bigelow Ave., Watertown at 10 am. Visiting hours on Thursday 5 to 8 pm.
