The thing I remember is in third grade and Mrs. Green asked Danny his name and he said "Danny Campbell" and she responded "I don't have a "Danny" listed but I do have a Donald." We were all scared of her. We had to call him Donald for the whole year.

danny campbell im gonna, miss talking to you watching you lay back with a cigarette in your mouth relaxed and enjoying yourself. Hah you always found a way to enjoy yourself and telling ya funny little jokes then drinking some beer. you were always so funny to watch and listen to. You were so easy to talk to. You understood me. and we would have out big deep conversations and help each other out.
It wont be the same with out you at all. You were the one that made the party start as son as you walked in. you knew how to have fun. Hah. I love you. Sometimes it jus hits me that Ur gone. And im still kind of in shock. It jus doesn’t feel right at all. You were the last person I would think to die. I just got so used to seeing u everyday. Change is hard. and this is gonna be really hard to get through but i really hope you know how much im gonna miss you and how much i loveyou =] I cant wait to meet up with you . you better be waiting for me=]so rest in peace but also party it up! I love you so much and I miss you so much already. have funnup there=] see ya latter and remember your there for a reason only the good die young

I will always remember the way you made us laugh, and the lectures you would give me and my friends when they came over. You were always in a good mood and you made us all happy. Dan was my best friend throughout my teenage years and beyond. For a long time we were inseparable. In recent years we had drifted apart, but I always held a special place in my heart for him. When I think of Dan I remember a kind, caring, and trustworthy friend. He was extremely loyal to and protective of anyone he cared about. He was supportive of me in times of need. He had a quick wit and a charming personality. He could make those around him laugh with amazing regularity. He brought much joy to my life and he will be dearly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Campbell family at this difficult time.

I knew Dan when we were just in Jr High. He was always a nice kid, very polite & always had a story. Although I haven't seen him in years I've heard his voice recently over the phone. He will be greatly missed. My thoughts & prayers go out to him and his family.
