Of Saugus and formerly of Swampscott, August 17, Mr. Joseph Pinto, 86 years. Insurance Agent and WWII Army Veteran. Husband of Florence (Gunstone) Pinto. Father of Stephen Pinto, Joseph Pinto, Jr., Reverend Virginia Lunt and Suzzanne Mahoney. Brother of Ida S. Pinto and the late Rose Reardon and Loretta Pierro. Funeral from the Solimine, Landergan and Richardson Funeral Home, 67 Ocean Street (Rte 1A) LYNN on Friday at 10:00 AM, followed by a funeral mass in St. John the Evangelist Church, Swampscott at 11:00 AM. Burial in Swampscott Cemetery. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visiting hours Thursday 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. Masonic service Thursday at 7:00 PM.
