My husband and I were very sorry to hear about Donnas passing. We both worked with Donna in Charlestown at the T. Then when she went to Quincy we would see her at Stop & Shop often. Donna always went out of her way to say hello to our children and tell us how nice they are. We always enjoyed seeing Donna and catching up. Truly a wonderful woman.
We will keep Donna and her family in our prayers. God Bless.

Tonight at the Quincy bus garage our coworker Jimmy Logan spoke to a room full of coworkers and humbly expressed how much he appreciated all of us...we all looked at him with puzzled expressions wondering how this Giant of a man had reduced his size immensely by being honest...Jimmy spoke about the last time he saw Donna and had he known it was his last time to see her that he would have stopped and taken the time to express to her in all his sincerity of what a pleasure it was to have her as a coworker. Jimmy's words echo in all our hearts and thoughts.
Donna was an extremely proud, determined and dedicated employee and friend. It is so sad that with all her courageous spunk her light has been extinquished...but her memory will live on every time we hear "Oh Donna" or "16 Candles" we will smile because we had the pleasure of dancing and laughing and learning about the real Donna..
Until we meet again our friend Love Your Quincy MBTA Family

Donna,
Will be truly missed at the Quincy Garage. The fondest memory we have of her was when she turned 60 we had a birthday party for her. Sylvia, Dee, and Jack made a circle around her and sang and danced to 16 candles(changed the 16 to 60). She told us this was the best birthday. Our memories of that day will always be in our hearts. God Bless you Donna.
