I will remember Nick as a kind and gentleman who loved his family. I enjoyed speaking with him as a neighbor over these past few years and as I read the comments from family members, it made me smile. He spoke of so many of these same things himself. As part of a large Italian family growing up, I could relate to it all. You were blessed to have him in your family.
Deepest sympathy to you all. Rest in peace, Nick.

Mr. Ferrara,
Sir, I didn't know you, but I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the U.S. Army during WW II and for being a member of the Greatest Generation. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

Dear Uncle Nick,
I am heartbroken that I was unable to see you last week but I will always remember the last words that you spoke to me. Recently, I saw you, Auntie Katie, and Debbie eating lunch at the hospital and we all talked for a few minutes. When I said goodbye to you, you told me that I had a beautiful smile........I will always remember all of your wonderful stories and promise to pass them down to my own children. Also, I want to thank you for being so good to our family, you will truly be missed.

Love,
Kristin
