Mildred Tatten Obituary

Of Malden, for the past 30 years, died August 22, 2007, after a short illness. Born in New Bedford, December 20, 1915, the daughter of the late Gilbert and Theresa (Adams) Brunette. Wife of the late William Tatten who died in 1990. She was a lifelong performer, with her siblings, at the Olympia Theater in New Bedford. A retired cloth inspector with Berkshire Hathaway she also was very involved in teaching tai chi, dance and exercise classes into her 80's. She is survived by her nephew Byron Lafferty, several grand nieces & nephews, stepdaughters Carolyn Nalbandian and Patricia Metcalfe and their children. Funeral from the E.E. Burns & Son Funeral Home, 204 Main St., MALDEN, Thursday at 9am. Funeral Mass in the Church of the Sacred Hearts, 297 Main St. at 10am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting hours Wednesday 4-7pm. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to St. Luke's Church, 388 Lynn St, Malden, MA 02148

Dear Aunt Mildred, Rest In Peace, I will miss you dearly. There is a special place in my heart with your name on it. The world lost a very special wonderful woman last Wednesday.
