Jack's spirit lives on in all the lives he has touched. His humor and gentle kindness have transformed our lives. Jerry and I are fortunate to have loved and been loved by him.
Jack will be escorted up to heaven by an honor guard of squirrel angels whose lives he significantly upgraded. Don't forget to tuck a remote into the coffin so that he can watch the Red Sox and Patriots from his new abode and fix it so that they win from time to time. And maybe include a croquet mallet, a deck of cards, and a stack of chips so that he can teach his new friends how to compete for heavenly stakes.

Semper Fi Marine White.
The Dept. of Ma. Marine Corp League thanks you for your service to God, our Country, and to our beloved Corps.
To Jack's family we send our deepest sympathies and our prayers on your loss and the loss of our Brother. Jack's service paved the way for the rest of the Marines who will keep his courage and fortitude alive. His service allows us the freedoms we enjoy today and we will sorely miss him here on Earth, but know that he is with our Supreme Commandant and is serving him well also. Jack will be in our thoughts and prayers always. May God bless you and stay beside you as you go forward. Semper Fidelis
