Mildred MacDonald Obituary

Of Hyde Park, formerly of Jamaica Plain, Sept. 2. Beloved wife of the late Gordon D. "Shifty" MacDonald. Loving mother of Richard D. MacDonald and Judith A. Goulet, both of West Roxbury, William A. MacDonald of Rockland, Robert C. MacDonald of Sandwich and the late Gordon B. MacDonald. Sister of the late Theodore, Harold and Robert Schlosky, Margaret Johnson, Bertha Grant, and Charlotte Hopkins. Also survived by 14 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Funeral service in the P.E. Murray-George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 2000 Centre St., WEST ROXBURY, Wednesday at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting hours Tuesday 4-8. Interment Forest Hills Cemetery, Boston. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Mildred's memory to the American Lung Assoc. of Massachusetts, 460 Totten Pond Rd., Waltham 02451.
