I know how much you were loved by your children and how much pain you were in. God has now taken that pain from you and I believe you are dancing in heaven, looking down at your children and knowing that no matter where they are and what they do, they are loved and accepted.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the family members of Maria, as well as others who have been affected by her passing. Although I never had a chance to meet her, my dear friend Patricia, her granddaughter, is someone who I consider family; a true blessing in my life. By having the fortune of knowing Patricia, along with her mother, Natalia, I feel as though I have known Maria in a sense. My prayer is that the family is comforted at this difficult time with the knowing that she is now in paradise and will be watching over them from this day forward.

Our deepest sympathy to all of you for the loss of your Wife, Mother, and Grandmother. She sounds like a beautiful person and I am only sorry I was never able to meet her. But my daughter in law, Tricia, has always told me how her Grandmother took care of her when she was a little girl and their special bond. Reading the beautiful tribute from her son and hearing all that Tricia has shared I am sure her Grandmother is watching down now over all of you and will be all of your lives. I know that Tricia was so lucky to be with her at the end and being a Grandmother now I know having her and all of you around must have helped her so much and given her much comfort . Again my condolences to Tricia, Jason and all the other grandchildren and especially to her Grandfather Mr. Araujo and Natalia and all her brothers.

I have been in the family for 30 years now. Although due to our language barrier we lacked conversation,we seemed to understand each other regardless. She was always very happy when our family would come to visit. The boy's enjoyed her fried chicken so much she would make it for us when we came for a visit. I will miss going home to Boston and her not being there. May she rest in peace. God Bless
