While I did not know Louise, if she is anything like Regina, I'm sure she will be sorely missed. I'm sorry for your loss. Best Wishes.

I want to express my deepest and most sincere sympathy to all of the fortunate individuals that have been blessed to have "Nana" in his/her life. Nana was an absolute inspiration to me, and I will never forget her and the warmth she continuously generated. Nana lived a long and fulfilling life, and has been blessed with children, grand-children and great-grandchildren and we should all be this lucky. The loss of loved one, no matter what the age, is difficult and my heart and prayers are for all of you, during this painful time. We'll miss you Nana, but I can only pray that you are happy, at peace and with Pop again!

Gerry: My deepest sympathy and sorrow for your loss. Your mom lived a full life and raised a great family.

My deepest sympathy goes out to Gerry and Claudia and their families, and to all of Nana's relatives and friends.
Although Nana only had four grandchildren, I always thought of myself as her 5th grandchild. I spent many of hours, days, and nights growing up at John's house where Nana lived. She treated me just like I was part of the family but that is how she treated everyone. Nana, was a kind, gentle, and loving person. She was a good listener, and she was always interested in what was going on in your life and how your family was doing.
When I think of Nana, three things immediately come to mind. One, Nana was always working on a jigsaw puzzle. I never known anyone that had the patience that Nana had. Two, every weekday you could hear the TV tuned into soap operas but I always remembered hearing "Days of our Lives". Lastly, when thinking of Nana, Wednesday night dinners always comes to mind. If there was ever a night to stop by Nana's it was on Wednesday. She always had an open seat for whomever stopped by and would treat them to a fantasic pasta dinner. Not only was the food fabulous but a dinner with Nana and Pops was just the best.
It is never easy to say good- bye to a loved one but I know Nana left a lasting impression and wonderful memories to all that knew her. We always hear that when people pass on that they are in a better place, well Nana has touched a lot of lives over her 99 years, and if each and everyone one us can take one good quality that Nana possessed then maybe we can start to make the world we all live in now a better place. Nana you maybe gone from us, but you will never be forgotten.
