John E. Hemphill

Of Hyannis, September 4, 2007. Beloved husband of the late Ellen A. (Guilfoy) Hemphill. Loving father of Matthew Hemphill and his wife Clare of Essex, Vt., Ellen "Penny" Savage and her husband Richard of Marshfield, Marilyn "Mandy" Chandler and her husband Scott of North Eastham, Paul Hemphill and his wife Marianne of Marshfield, Mark Hemphill and his wife Donna of Cumberland, R.I., Peter Hemphill and his wife Theresa of Wareham, Mary Elizabeth "Beth" Selinger and her husband Jeff of Soldotna, Alaska, and the late John W. Hemphill, brother of the late James and Richard Hemphill and Ruth Thompson. Also lovingly survived by 12 grandchildren and the late Sarah Rose Hemphill, and 2 great grandchildren.
