For Kara

“Coming Home”

It was God’s hand on her shoulder.
”It is time my child for you to come home with me now.” He said.
She turned to him “but why”? She asked.
“I have my family here and all who love me.”
“I know my child,” replied God, “but it is time now to show you where the beautiful angels are-they will bring you to see the brightest sun in the sky, the greenest blades of grass on this earth and the most beautiful and peaceful moon to help you sleep at night. Soon you will see that it’s not selfish for you to go-you have lived and have loved wholly from your heart, and filled the hearts of those around you." “But they will miss me and be sad if I go” she said. “Yes, that is true.” Said God, “But it will be their faith and their strength that will rise above their tears of sadness. The people who love you will know that I am taking care of you now. They will know that they shall see you again when it is time for them to come home and they will rejoice. Even when you could not see me, you were embraced by my love, now that you can; I am here to tell you that I need you home so that I can hold you closer in my arms. This is your everlasting home. It is now that you will feel love like you have never felt before. You will be safe with me. Do you understand what I have told you?” asked God.
“Yes I do-and I am ready to go with you now. Will you be sure to let everyone I love know; that I will see them again and that I will be waiting for them to come home too?” She asked. God replied, “Of course, my child, they will know.”

Lord make me an instrument of thy peace.Where there is hatred, let me sow love.Where there is injury, pardon.Where there is doubt, faith.Where there is despair, hope.Where there is darkness, light.Where there is sadness, joy.O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console,to be understood as to understand ,to be loved as to love, for it is in giving that we receive, it is in pardoning that we are pardoned, and is in dying that we are born to eternal life. GOD BLESS YOU KARA. REST IN PEACE.Love your Uncle Jay.

Be Still

Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.

Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.

If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.
