Glenn Leach Obituary

Age 63 of North Andover, Sept. 8, 2007. Cherished husband of Nancy E. (Ahern) Leach for 26 precious years, devoted father of Shaun C. Leach, and Allison M. Leach of North Andover and Karen Favreau and her husband Victor of Tyngsboro. Loving brother of Thomas M. Leach and his wife Jane of Medford and Mabel A. Given and her husband Brian of Medford. Beloved grandfather of Rebecca and Jenna Favreau. Loving son of Shirley (Niland) Smith and her husband Robert of Alton Bay, NH. He was the dear father of the late Glenn F. Leach Jr. and the son of the late Harold F. Leach. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Retired from MBTA management after 32 years, he enjoyed his last few years working for Coppola Bus Company in Haverhill. Relatives and friends are invited to a funeral service, Wednesday, Sept. 12, 10am at First Calvary Baptist Church, 586 Massachusetts Ave., North Andover. Calling hours will be Tuesday 5-9pm at Burke-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 390 North Main St., ANDOVER. Burial will be in Ridgewood Cemetery, North Andover. Arrangements by Burke-Magliozzi Funeral Home.

I worked with Glenn at The Arlington Avenue Truck Garage in Charlestown, Mass. Glenn was a good worker and an Ace Mechanic. Glenn was a genuinely good guy. May he rest in peace.
