Erich Fritsch Obituary

86, of Clinton died Saturday, September 8, 2007. Beloved husband of sixty one years to Claire (DeBlois) Fritsch. Loving father of Richard L. Fritsch of North Hampton, NH; Robert H. Fritsch of Carver; and John E. Fritsch and wife Ciara of Nantucket. Also leaves granddaughter Jennifer L. Fritsch of Millbury. Army veteran of WWII, Mr. Fritsch served as President of former Van Brode Milling Company in Clinton and Executive Vice President of Weetabix Cereal Company in Clinton. Funeral services are to be held on Thursday, September 13, 2007 from the Philbin-Comeau Funeral Home, 176 Water St., CLINTON, with Mass of Christian Burial at 10AM in St. John the Evangelist Church, 80 Union St., Clinton. Burial to follow in the Parish Cemetery. Calling hours are to be held in the Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 12, 2007 from 5 until 7PM. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association, 36 Cameron Ave., Cambridge, MA 02140.

Sir, I didn't know you, but I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the U.S. Army during WW II and for being a member of the Greatest Generation. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
