88, of Cumberland, RI, formerly of Medfield and Norfolk, Sept. 9, 2007. Beloved husband of Edith Ann (Baker) Cook. Loving father of William D. Cook and his wife Harriet of Wellington, FL, Pamela J. Ward and her husband Richard of Bridgewater, Stephen W. Cook and his wife Tricia of Medfield, Anne C. Schmitt and her husband John of Warwick, RI, Jonathan P. Cook and his wife Rose of No. Attleboro and Jeffrey W. Cook of Mansfield. Also survived by 14 grand and 9 great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held Thurs. Sept. 13th at 11:00am at the Episcopal Church of the Advent, 28 Pleasant St., Medfield. Burial with military honors will follow at Vine Lake Cemetery, Medfield.
