Papa I miss you,
You were a wonderful, strong, stern, and loving man. I am so happy that you were able to see me get married, I wish I could have thanked you for the pictures you mailed up last week. They are beautiful.
I thought of you with love today,
But that was nothing new.
I thought about you yesterday,
and the day before that too.
I think of you in silence.
Last night i spoke your name.
All I have is memories,
And your picture in a frame.
Your memory is my keepsake.
With which we'll never part.
God has you in his keeping.
