Mr. Melanson,
Sir, I didn't know you, but I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the USAF during WW II and the Korean War and for being a member of the Greatest Generation. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

Jill and Jack,
I'm very sorry to learn of your loss. I know what it is like to have a parent pass on because I've been through it twice. Your Dad and mine were very good friends and I know if Bill were here he would be very saddened by your loss. I am away on business and unable to make the services but my thoughts are with both of you.
With Sympathy,
Vince Lonergan
