Born and raised in Somerville, MA, a daughter of the late Bert and Rachel (Pratt) Whitehouse. Graduate of Somerville High School. Devoted mother and grandmother and avid supporter of Pinkerton Academy athletic teams. Wife of 43 years of the late Edward J. Maguire, Sr. Mother of Phyllis T. Anderson of Westerly, RI, Susan A. Guidi of Derry, Dennis L. Maguire of Dunstable, MA, Dr. Kevin Maguire of Mystic, CT and the late Edward J. Maguire, Jr. Also survived by 11 grandchildren, four great grandchildren and a sister, Irene Whitehouse of Westerly, RI. Funeral 10:00am Saturday, Sept. 15th in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., DERRY, NH. Following cremation urn burial in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett, MA at a later date.
