Of Needham, September 22, 2007. Beloved husband of Margaret (McMillan) Collins of Needham. Stepfather of Robert T. Raffol & Kenneth J. Raffol both of Needham, Martin J. Raffol of Natick & Joseph E. Raffol of West Roxbury. Also survived by 10 grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. Joseph Church, 1360 Highland Ave Needham on Tuesday, September 25 at 9:00AM. Relatives & friends are kindly invite to attend. Visiting hours are private. Interment will take place at St. Marys Cemetery in Needham. Following the interment all are invited to a reception at the Needham VFW, 20 Junction St. Needham. In lieu of flowers donations in Frank's name may be made to St. Joseph Parish, 1382 Highland Ave Needham MA 023492 Late retired Sgt., US Air Force, after 20 years of service. Former employee of Dennison in Framingham and former custodian for Needham Public Schools. Member of the VFW, Lt. Manson Carter Post 2498 and the American Legion in Needham.
