Dear June Ellen, J.T., and Steven,
I was so sorry to read about your mother's death. Although it has been many years since I saw her (perhaps at your Aunt Agnes's wake?), I remember her charming personality, delightful humor, and intelligence.
My mother Patricia, your father's first cousin, always enjoyed her conversations with "cousin-in-law" June.
HER Aunt Agnes, your grandmother, was one of her favorite relatives and she was very fond of all her Burke cousins - Agnes, Edith, Kathleen, Tom, John and George. It's hard to believe that so much time has passed and that that they have all "gone to God" now. But we are so fortunate and blessed to have had these great people in our lives.
Although I cannot be there with you, I'll be thinking of you all and sending sympathy and prayers at this very sad time.
