When I was a teenager, having very little money and even less of a sense of style, I went to Royal Jewelers to ask Sel for help buying my mother a birthday gift. Without hesitation she dsiplayed three items for me to choose from. She'll love any of these, Sel told me, so I picked one out. Sel wrapped it and rang me up. I nervously looked up at the register and it said $35.00 - just what I could afford.
Over then next 20 years I would return to buy my mother many other
gifts, often at ten times the price of that first one. But everytime I
did, I would reflect on how she handled our first transaction - with
grace, dignity, and love. That's how she will remain in my thoughts
forever!

I met Selma and her family at Northeast Rehab hospital as her physical therapist. Selma was a very kind woman who spoke so highly of her family. I'm so happy to have met her and her family. You are all in my prayers.
