Shari,
I am sorry we never got to meet, but I am one of the Jewish Pastoral Volunteers at Renaissance Gardens, and wanted to express my sympathy to you and your family.
I had gotten to know Lorraine over the past 7 to 8 months, and I will miss my weekly visits to her.

Dear Goldman Family, Sincere sympathy on your loss. I visited Lorraine once a week through the Jewish Pastoral Dept. She was a very special lady. May her memory be as a blessing to your entire family. Sincerely, Anita Rudin

To have known your Mom was to love her. Having not seen her for many years I know she must have been the same vibrant person that I square-danced with many years ago. I am sure your Dad will be glad to have her by his side once again.

I will really miss Lorraine. My mother always taught me that Lorraine had all the brains in the family. She was a real mentor to me, especially during the Nantasket years when I was learning to be the adult that I am today.

To Randy, Laura, Shari and Steve,
Al and I are so sorry to hear of Lorraine's passing. She has been the most courageous person we have ever known. She has been an inspriation to all of us. She will be sadly missed but she will always live on in our hearts just like Sam. We hope she has found peace, health and happiness in her eternal life.
Love,
Jamie (Young Aunt Jamie as she called me)
and Al

I was so sorry to hear of Lorraine's passing. She was always so happy and full of life. Lorraine would always stop in my office on the way back from dinner to share a kind word or just visit. I really enjoyed the time with her and listening to her stories.
I remember doing her hair for our Evening of Art and Enchantment formal event a few years ago and how she wanted to her hair to look like it did in the picture on her wall. I did manage to get it to look nice and she really appreciated it. Lorraine was always a pillar of strength and faced her parkinson's disease with optimism and hope. She never let that disease beat her spirit. This was very inspirational to me and I will not forget it. I am so sorry for your loss. I will be assembling a memory album for you. Again, my deepest sympathy to you and your family. Rebecca Alfonso, Program Manager at Renaissance Gardens at Brooksby Village
