My deepest sympathy to Paul's family. I worked with him at Kemper
Insurance many years ago. He was a most dedicated Loss Control Engineer and an example to all.

Our family was very sad to hear that Paul had passed away. We have wonderful memories of vacations in Falmouth with Paul and his children as guests of Paul's cousin, Helen. We admired Paul's devotion to his kids and his kindness to us. After the first year, we all couldn't wait to return again the next summer. It was crowded in that cottage, but we didn't mind. We enjoyed every minute. All the kids stayed close for many years, spending lots of time at the Leary's house. Paul was a wonderful father; he never objected to a few more kids sleeping over.
Paul, Katie, Suzy and John, you will be in our thoughts and prayers.

On behalf of the HLCA, I extend our sympathy to the Leary family. We admired the work Paul did on the town council and we appreciate everything he has done for the Town of Weymouth. We have all lost a good friend.

To the Leary Family: Although Paul has not been on the Board of Assessors for 8 years, he often came in to visit the Assessing Staff, always with a smile and a story about one of his grandchildren. He was a true gentleman and will be missed by so many. Our deepest sympathies to his family.

I am so sorry for your loss. My fondest memories of Paul will be his frequent visits to the Town Council Office to take care of business, followed by his sharing of anecdotes of his children and grandchildren who he was so proud of.
Paul's unwavering dedication to the community will be remembered for years to come.....

On behalf of the staff and Board of Directors of The Construction Institute, I would like to extend our deepest sympathies to Paul's family. Paul was a dedicated member of our Board of Directors since our creation in 1998, and a founding member of our predecessor organization, the Massachusetts Construction Safety Congress. He was truly dedicated to safeguarding the lives and health of working men and women and to giving back to his community. Paul's compassion was genuine and he served as a role model for us all. He will be sorely missed.

Everyone at work was stunned and saddened to hear about your Dad yesterday. It all happened so fast, which is good that he didn't have to suffer long, but I'm sure much too quick for all of you. I remember meeting him last year and thinking how handsome he was and that he resembled my (Irish) dad! Again I'm sorry for your loss and all you are going through right now.
