Charles Liponis

Age 78, of Andover, died Saturday, October 20 at the Lawrence General Hospital. He was born in Allston, MA, May 27, 1929, a member of Sts. Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Church. He is survived by his wife Bessie (Christie) Liponis of Andover; 3 children, Dr. Kim Foehl and her husband Dr. Jack Foehl of Newton, MA, Dr. Mark Liponis and his wife Dr. Siobhan McNally of Lenox, MA, and Mr. Kirk Liponis of Big Sky, MT; 5 grandchildren, Timothy Liponis, Matthew Liponis, Brenna Liponis, Demitri Foehl, and Constantine Foehl. Also 1 brother, Chris Liponis of Portsmouth, NH, and 1 sister, Mary Liponis Bajor and her husband John Bajor of Derry, NH, and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to a Funeral Service Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at Sts. Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Church, 71 Chandler Rd., Andover, MA. Calling hours will be Tuesday 4-7 p.m. at The Burke-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 390 North Main St., ANDOVER. Burial will be in Spring Grove Cemetery, Andover.
