Tom and Patty
Helen was one of the most careing and loving ladies I ever met. A few summers ago I was directing traffic in front of her house and out comes Helen with a plate of biscottis, a kiss on the cheek and an order to come in for lunch. Helen was extended family to my family. We will all miss her.

Dear Tom, Marie & Family,
I know the pain you all must be going through. Helen will be truely missed by my family and everyone else on our street. She was such a wonderful lady, and was always concerned about how things were going with everyone. There are so many nice memories of her. Thank you for letting our family spend time with her prior to her passing away.

As her neighbor & through her I was able to meet all of you and yell back and forth between the houses; just like my neighborhood where I grew up! When people were not afraid to care. When people had time to greet you, wish you the best, check in that everyone was doing well. What a treat that is in the fast paced world. Oh I almost forgot; we can speed down the lane now. Seriously, it was a gift to know that we had an extra pair of eyes in the neighborhood as everyone in the general vacinty got the same treatment young or old; a watchful eye, a robust hello or reprimand. I'll miss the conversations & concern through the kitchen window or the screened porch. Bless you all, surely you'll miss Helen so much she was there for all of you each day and she will live in your hearts forever; sometimes in your humor, in your mannerisms, in your beliefs & in your friendships. Be strong in the darkest hours as she was in her life. She gave to all of you & you to her; it was wonderful that she could spend her last days in her home where she was comfortable. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Dear Patty and Tommy, Auntie was one of the four truly original sisters. Mary, Helen, Jennie and Nancy taught us all what "sister" really meant. We saw so much love and devotion. We were so lucky to have been a part of their lives. You don't see what they all gave us anymore today. God bless. Love, Marybeth and Bob

Dear Pattie and Tommy:

I'm so sorry for the loss of Mom. I can go back many years through childhood and adulthood with many memories of your mother. I know I'm not alone with this one, as a child your Mom would great me with a pinch on the cheek, when I got older I got a kiss on the cheek, and of course I got that pinch.

Know my thoughts and prayers are with you both.

Your Friend
Pam
