Beloved husband of the late Beatrice (Gibber). Devoted father of Steven & (Susan) Berkowitz of Rancho Bernardo, CA, Alan & (Andrea) Berkowitz of Deerfield, IL, and David & (Nancy) Berkowitz of New York City, NY. Cherished grandfather of Nicholas, Alexandra, Joseph, Hannah, Aaron, Sarah, and Jonathan. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at Sharon Memorial Park, 120 Canton St., Sharon, MA, Thursday, October 25 at 2:45 PM. Memorial observance will be at Bernard's late residence following interment through Friday evening ending at sundown.
