Priscilla Currier Obituary

81, of Exeter N.H. wife of Clayton E. Currier, died Sunday at her home. Born in Damariscotta ME, daughter of the late Walstein and Vivian (Tukey) Weeks and lived in Maine and Plaistow N.H. for most of her life. She was a graduate of Lincoln Academy '43 and Colby College' 47. She was a teacher at the Pollard School in Plaistow for many years retiring in 1989, a long time member of the First Baptist Church of Plaistow and served many years as a trustee of the Plaistow Public Library. Besides her husband, she is survived by one son, Clayton Currier and his wife Cheryl of Dover N.H., 2 daughters, Jane Currier of Washington DC and Sally Pannell and her husband Saul of Weston MA, 4 grandchildren, Scott and Jason Currier and Ben and Madeline Pannell. Her funeral will be held Thursday Nov. 1, 2007 at the First Baptist Church of Plaistow 122 Main St. Plaistow at 11:00 a.m.. Burial will be in the Hanington Cemetery, Pemaquid Maine. There will be no visiting hours and the family requests memorial contributions in her memory be made to: The Literacy Program of Pollard School, Main St., Plaistow N.H. 03865, attn: Michelle Auger.
