I worked with Dave only a short seven months. During this time, I found Dave to be a very good and kind man, as well as a good friend. My sincere condolences ,as Dave will be greatly missed.

My condolences to the Moge family.Working with Dave at the T there was never a dull moment!! He always kept a smile on your face. Dave and I had a common bond because we both grew up in Arlington. I am deeply saddened to have lost a good friend.
