David Moge Obituary

62, of Merrimack, NH, and previously of Arlington, MA, died Monday, October 29, 2007 at Lahey Clinic in Burlington, MA, after a sudden illness. Mr. Moge was born July 15, 1945 in Somerville, MA and was the son of the late Oscar and Eva (Merritt) Moge. He was raised and educated in Arlington, MA and was a graduate of Arlington High School. He was a resident of Merrimack for the past 34 years. Mr. Moge was a veteran of the United States Air force, and served during the Vietnam War. He was employed as a Mechanical Specialist with the MBTA, and worked at the Riverside Car House in Newton, MA, he was also a 29 year member of the Car Man's Union Local 589 of Boston. Mr. Moge was an avid amateur radio operator and longtime member of the American Radio Relay League (ARRL). He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Karyn (Hatton) Moge, and 2 sons Keith Moge and Scott Moge. Calling hours will be held Friday from 5pm to 9pm at the George R. Rivet Funeral Home, 425 Daniel Webster Highway, MERRIMACK, NH. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 10am at Our Lady of Mercy Church, 16 Baboosic Lake Rd, Merrimack, NH and burial will follow at Last Rest Cemetery of Merrimack.
