I wish to extend my condolences to Marla and Family at your loss. Julio was a great friend and co-worker. Julio was there when I needed someone to talk to and was truly a most compassionate person. I have a strong personal belief that we will all be able to be together again after we leave this moral frame and that we will be able to be with Julio again and that the seperation we experience here in this mortal life is only temporary as we contemplate immortality and eternity.

Carlos y Martha Montero-Sieburth
