I worked with Dennis at the Mass Commission for the Blind during the mid 70's. He and I had so many laughs while he was on Co-op and I was on college recess. He made boring clerical work so much fun. Dennis came to my college and stayed with us. I enjoyed going to see his theater productions when he was at Northeastern. I have thought of him many times through the years and am saddened that we did not keep in touch. I will remember him for his great sense of humor.

I met Dennis the day I met my husband Joe, at Crane's Beach in Ipswich MA, in the summer of 1970. Dennis became a good, dependable friend, even escorting me on a cross country drive from MA to TX in 1976 to join Joe (who was in training for the Air Force). We were traveling in two cars with Bob Codagnone, who was moving to CA, and neither of them would allow me to drive. I remember Dennis was behind the wheel when we were pulled over for speeding - on Lackland AFB. He was driving my car; I don't remember if either of us ever paid that ticket. Joe and I and our son David (about a year old then) visited Dennis in MD in 1981, and he showed us a good time in his new home town. We'll miss you, Dennis. Rest easy.
