Rudolph Schacht Obituary

79, of Shelbyville, KY, died Sat., Nov. 17th in Louisville, KY. He was born in Malden, MA and formerly of the Boston area. Mr. Schacht is survived by his wife, Maureen O'Hara Schacht of Shelbyville; his step-daughters, Christine Wolfe of Sandown, NH, Karen Schacht of Center Barnstead, NH, Lynne Evans of Tamworth, NH; his brother, Leo B. Schacht of Ocala, FL; his sister, Sister Jane B. Schacht (Sisters of St. Joseph's of the Diocese) of Framingham, MA; and his 6 grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 AM Sat., Dec. 1, 2007 at the Catholic Church of the Annunciation, Shelbyville. Visitation: 5-8 PM Friday, Nov. 30, 2007 at the Shannon Funeral Home in Shelbyville, KY. Expressions of sympathy to: The Sisters of St. Joseph's or the U.S. Navy Memorial Foundation.
