Of Medford, November 18, Age 87. Beloved husband of Margaret M. (Albo). Loving father of Robert A. Ackerman of Annapolis, MD, Karl B. Ackerman of Medford and Susan L. Ackerman of New York City. Cherished grandfather of Jared E. Ackerman of Medford, Rebecca A. Ackerman of Boston and Michael D. Ackerman of Cambridge. Devoted brother of Robert Arthur Ackerman. Dear uncle of Eric Ackerman and Konrad Ackerman of Washington, DC. His Funeral Service will be celebrated in the North Prospect Union United Church of Christ, 144 North Street, Medford, Monday, November 26, 2007, at 11 AM. Visitation will be Monday, prior to the service, in the Church, from 10 to 11 AM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in Thurston's memory may be made to the above named church, or to the charity of your choice. WWII Army Veteran.
