It was tough to decide who had better skills when it came to the video games...Seanny or Grandpa?

I just want to thank everyone for their warm thoughts and prayers. This is the first time I could bring myself to look at the guest book and I am comforted to know that Kelly, my dad, touched so many lives and that he had so many wonderful people in his life! Not a day goes by without at least a dozen moments that I stop what I am doing and think of him and smile because it's all the simple moments in life that he enjoyed so much! When my girls are playing dress up I can see him smiling at them or when my son is having a blast playing a video game I see him sitting right there by his side with a controller in hand! He was the greatest Grandfather there was in this world. I hope we all can take away something from the kind of Man he was and learn from it. I know personally he taught me to have more patience, treat everyone with the same respect you'd want in return, smile more often just because, enjoy the simple things and most all he taught me how to open my heart and let someone in and to give them the greatest love you know how to give!! Sorry to go on and on. I know My Dad knows how much I love him and always will and my life and the lives of my family are all better for having him to love and receive his love in return. I thank each and every one of you for comforting me today, whether you get to read this or not, you are all in my thoughts. Take a part of this wonderful man with you always!

I never met Brian, "Kelly," but "Gene", his father, was my friend in life and we shared the good and the bad. I know that his "kids" were his joy and passion. My condolences to the extended family "Kelly" leaves behind. I know they will miss him as I still, and will always, miss his father "Gene".
