I was there about a year ago but is isn´t the same without you. You are always in the edge of my mind. I hope you are sleeping in peace. A big hug to you my friend.

I still think of Michael often. Just thought about him last week. His memory continues to live on as he was my funny comical old college roommate. Thank goodness for memories that I can randomly laugh at - I think of Michael with joy and respect. He may be gone but he is never forgotten. I can still hear his voice from memorable moments we shared in life.

Dear Joseph,

I just found out that Michael had passed away. I am totally shocked over the news. We had both worked for the S/R Corporation but in different divisions. We would take the shuttle home together. I will miss his friendly nature and most importantly - his laugh. You could always tell when Michael was around because of his laugh. May he always rest in peace!

To Joe and the entire Orlando Family: My sincerest condolences for your loss.

As you may know, Michael was my college roommate and I can't believe I knew MIchael for 20 years as the years went by too quickly. Michael was funny, thoughtful, and had a heart of gold. Some of my most memorable moments in life are shared with Michael and I will always cherish those moments (Rehoboth in 88, West Chester in 89-90, NYC in 91, TG Dinner at the Orlandos in 98, Las Vegas in 00, New York Pride in 03, Boston in 06). Michael was always a phone call or email away and he will be missed dearly by me.

Michael - may you rest in peace with love and light around you. I will be thinking of you always.

He was a good man and was taken too soon. I myself Monique (his cousin) did not get a chance to meet him but I feel like I lost a good friend.

Misha was an incredible trainer and friend. I met Misha 9 months ago. I walked into the gym, intimidated because I was not in the best of shape, and he greeted me with a big smile and started me on a program. He worked me harder than ever during our first workout and after a couple days, when I could finally move my arms again, I went back for a second session. He encouraged me to keep focusing on my goals and it would pay off. I just wanted my money back because I signed up for a 20 pack of sessions. Well once I reached my first goal it didn’t seem to get easier. He would just laugh and say “just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse”. Everyday he would ask, “what are we doing today Mr.” and God help me if I was doing a body part he needed to work on that day. He would say, with a huge smile, “GREAT! I need to do chest and abs”. I felt like no matter what my answer was he was going to work out with me. He would then run and find his workout clothes, usually in a ball behind the desk, which had not been washed in months and would challenge me to push myself even more. He will be missed. I will miss his great personality, his ability to connect with anyone, his ability to motivate when he used his little orange cones that had phrases such as “it all about me!” or "stop whining", and the laughter. I am so blessed to have had my path cross his even if for a short time.

I was just stunned to learn this morning of Michael's death. I cannot imagine a man more full of life, laughter and generosity, and I know him only from the gym at Body Evolver where he was an infectiously fun-loving presence. He touched every member of the gym, accepting us (or at least me) even with my flabby habits. My sincere condolences to his friends, family and companion.

Dear Joe.
I am so sorry to hear of Michael's sudden passing. He and I worked together at Clarks and I was fortunate to run into him every now and again. We had dinner with the two of you way back when you were first together. Since then, he always seemed to be so happy and full of life. Thank you for being such a great partner to such a special person. My thoughts are prayers are with you.

He was truly an inspiration. I looked forward to his laugh, his smile and his way of turning a bad morning into something good. I had met Misha through a friend and he took me on as a client at the gym. I have only known him 6 months and I have never met anyone like him. He took the time to listen, truly a trait not many people have. He made me laugh so many times (when I really wanted to cry). He truly loved life. Always positive. I will miss him so much. Rest in piece Misha I will reach my goal!!

Michael, I didn't know you but you were my mother's Personal Trainer. You were such an inspiration to her. She would come home and all she would do is say "Michael said". She listened to you and loved you. You made her feel good about herself and you mad her happy.

I just wanted to write to let you know that by touching her life and making her happy you have done the same for me.

Rest in Peace and look over all of those that love you and miss you.

Michael was such a great person. He truly enjoyed all his endeavors in life and was especially proud of building his real estate portfolio and operating Body Evolver. We all had such a great time laughing and joking with “Misha” at the gym. He truly enjoyed life with his friends and he adored Joe. I will think of you always and make it a point to keep your memory alive and well. All my love.

From the moment I met Misha I felt he was a truly special person... such energy, enthusiasm and an overall love of life. He was absolutely one of the most giving people I've ever met...opening his home to me and brainstorming about how we could collaborate professionally. Misha was a real ray of SUNSHINE. His smiling face, animated story-telling, adorable e-mails (peppered with lots of "xoxox"!)...he's the kind of person that brings such a tremendous amount of joy to those around him. I know he has touched so many people in NYC, Boston, Provincetown and elsewhere. We are so fortunate to have had Misha in our lives. I wish all of Misha's loved ones peace during this most difficult time.

I have just learned today of Misha's passing. I can't even grasp the idea. Not to see his smiling face at the gym every day and hear that infectious laugh is hard to imagine. He will be sorely missed. My heart goes out to Joe, his family and all of his closest friends.
