Baxter Family:
We are all deeply sadden to hear of Steve's recent passing. My sons, Sean and Eamonn were shaken to hear the news of his death. We all recalled when Steve was younger and would come over to play at our home on Lovejoy Rd. The toughts and prayers of the entire Higgins family are with you.

Dear Baxter family,
I'm sorry to hear about your loss. Please accept my deepest sympathies.
Steve was not only a close friend, but also a great person. I've met many people in school, but Steve was one of a kind.
His love and pride to become an engineer was exceptional.
His friendliness, kindness, humbleness and love to help others will be misseed.
deepest sympathies,
Ibrahim Abboud
