Mary Baumhoff Obituary

Entered into rest December 7, 2007 with her husband John at her side, after a long illness. Born Mary Lou Monroe on 4/26/1933, the youngest daughter of George and Laura. Preceded in death by her parents and loving sisters, Sylvia Young, Avis Knight and Audrey Ellis. Survived by a sister Barbara Manseau and four daughters Patricia Lambert, Lynda Harring, Janielle Donnelly and Sherry Lambert. She also leaves behind four grandchildren, Heather Lambert, David Harring, Ian Lambert and Brianna Donnelly as well as three great grandchildren, Steffanie Benedict, Gordon Benedict and Ramon Severino and several nieces and nephews and stepdaughter Christine Miller. We will miss her free, loving spirit and her exciting wardrobe. Mary Lou graduated from Marshfield High School in 1951, was a long time member of the Grange, worked for AT & T 4 for over 30 years in the accounting dept. Mary Lou was deeply involved in the Spiritualist Church. She lived in Norwell after marrying Gordon Lambert in 1955 until 1988 when they divorced and she moved to New Hampshire. She married John Baumhoff and lived in Salem, NH for the rest of her life. Visiting hours will be 3 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday 12/12/07 at MacDonald Funeral Home on Rte 139, 1755 Ocean Street in Marshfield.
