I have been Bonnie's good friend since we were little, and her Dad was very special to me. I had many a great time at her house and her parents treated me as one of their family. Paul and I had fun with them both when we visited them in Florida. Paul took a real shine to Bob, and I always enjoyed his sense of humor. He had many jokes to tell and was a happy person. I will always remember when Bonnie and I were in high school and we both painted in oils. he not only made her a painting eisel, but he made one for me and it was so very special. I will always have great memories of him and will miss him. God bless him as he is now in heaven. Love ya, Bonnie & Paul

Almost 30 years ago Dick's Mom, Carol, introduced us to her "friend" Bob MacDonald. They had 13 years together before heart problems took her. That was 14 years ago. As I would say when I introduced Bob "We lost Carol but we kept Bob." A definite member of our family.
We looked forward to our visits in Hawaii, Flordia and of course here in Wisconsin. I look at the lake and picture Bob on the pontoon cigar in hand line thrown out waited for that elusive Northern to strike with his fishing buddy JC right beside him talking his arm off.
Then another day he would say "I wonder what the Indian's are doing?" Off the the casino he would go for HOURS! Of course he'd have to stop at Bargain Bills and come home with some odd canned good he loved to shop and price compare!! I am over loaded with memories good, funny and sad.
We love you Bob and you will not be forgotten!!

I remember the good times that we shared together... fishing at the pier, shooting needle fish with your bb gun on the dock, Thanksgiving dinners with turkey from your smoker, working on stuff at your workbench in the garage, feeding that not so tame squirrel, running from you and Grandma around your car to avoid your belt. Ok so at the time that last one wasn't so much fun but I love you for it. I love you Grandpa and I miss you.

Thank you to all who prayed and sent words of encouragement during Dad's illness. He was such a special man and so very loved by his family and friends. He has left a bit of himself in all of us and he will never be forgotten.
