Rose Schultz Obituary

SCHULTZ - Rose M. Dolly Passed away December 29, 2007 at the age of 74. She was a beloved mother, sister, aunt, and grandmother. Born in Buffalo, New York, she moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 1983. She married Marty Schultz in 1958 and they moved to Tonawanda, New York where they raised a family of four. Dolly and Marty were avid Buffalo Bills fans and season ticket holders and Dolly continued to follow the team in Phoenix as a member of the Bills Wild West Boosters Club. Marty predeceased her in 1980. Daughter of Dominic Ballacchino and Rose Groat, Dolly graduated from Grover Cleveland High School in 1951, worked in the real estate industry, and was a member of the St. Amelias Parish while living in Tonawanda. She is survived by children Kathy ( Rick) ONeill, Paul Schultz, Steve (Vicki) Schultz, and Bill Schultz; grandchildren Colin, Kyle, Shannon, Brianna, Skyler, and Hayden; sister Vera (Bill) Parent, brothers Joe (Barb) Ballacchino and Sal (Mary) Ballacchino, and many nieces and nephews. A ceremony will be held at Mount Olivet Catholic Cemetery, 4000 Elmwood Avenue, in Tonawanda, NY on Saturday, July 12, at 11:00 AM, followed by a reception. Dolly will be Inurned with her husband at the Shrine of the Resurrection.
