Inspector
Frawley was a professional police officer, who was held in the highest
regard by those who knew him, worked for him or otherwise dealt with
him. Truly a decent and compassionate leader, who lived by his own
credo of "never ask someone to do something that you yourself would not
do." He really was a cop's cop, and a tremendous mentor to future
generations.

William Frawley was a fine Catholic gentleman who always exemplfied his faith in all that he did. A native of Saint Teresa's Parish in South Buffalo, he always maintained a connection to his home parish. His generosity and concern has always been evident of his committment.
Be assured of my prayers for Bill and his family. While this may be a hard time for those who knew and loved him, it is a joyous time for him as he joins those who have gone before him in the eternal bliss of heaven.
