HILL - Marilyn D. Guenther (nee Meidel) Formerly of Eden, NY, July 4, 2008, wife of the late George O. Guenther; mother of George J. (Virginia ) Guenther, Linda (John) Neu, Thomas J. Guenther and the late William and and Joseth Guenther; grandmother of George V., Jeffrey, Glen, Tim and Billy Guenther; great-grandmother of three; sister of Rosemary (Wilbur) Smutz and Jean (David) Causey. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10 AM from Immaculate Conception Church, Eden. Visitation Thursday 2-6 PM at the LAING FUNERAL HOME INC., 2724 West Church St., Eden. Memorials may be made to Ann Seton Guild Scholarship Fund of Holy Family Catholic Church in Clemmons N. Carolina, 4820, Kinnamon Rd., Winston-Salem, N. Carolina, 27103.

Your mom, who to me was always Mrs. Guenther, was such a loving, nurturing influence at a time when I desperately needed it. She will always have a special place in my heart, and I thank God for putting her in my life. I am sad with you. Love, Barb
