MARCINKOWSKI - David A. Of Lackawanna, NY, unexpectedly, while vacationing with his family, July 4, 2008, loving father of Crystal (Matthew) Gifford and Brian Marcinkowski; cherished grandfather of Nicholas Gifford; dearest son of Elizabeth Betty (nee Kaczor) and the late Arthur Marcinkowski; loving companion of Susan Smith; dear brother of Gary (Elizabeth), Wendy Tanti, Susan (David) Walters and Julie (Thomas) Grimes; former husband of Cheryl (nee Swieczkowski) Marcinkowski; also survived by a large loving family and many dear friends. Family will be present to receive friends Thursday 7-9 and Friday 2-4 and 7-9 at the (Blasdell-Lackawanna Chapel) JOHN J. KACZOR FUNERAL HOME INC., 3450 South Park Ave. where David will be eulogized Saturday morning at 8:30 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Mother of Good Counsel Church at 9:30. Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery. David was a member of the Lackawanna Conservation Club and the Sons of the American Legion.
