CICERO - Ralph T. Of Derby, NY, July 26, 2008. Beloved father of Thomas (Jill), Carol (Carl) Kellogg, Libbie (Frank) Ficaro, and Judy Achtziger; brother of John (Vera); also survived by seven grandchildren. Friends may call Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the LAING FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2724 West Church St., Eden. Flowers gratefully declined. Mr. Cicero proudly served as a Warrant Officer in the US Army for six years during WWII.
