Art, what an honour it was to have had you as part of our family for so many years, and to have been able to call you "the other cousin Art". I will always remember your warm and welcoming hospitality. You were a true gentleman and I know Art P. will miss you tremendously.
You will be an amazing guardian angel for some lucky person.
My deepest sympathies to Art P., friends and family,
"Cousin" Robin.

About ten years ago I began to delve into my family history. What a joy to find Art Neeb as a third cousin. He had a positive outlook on life and enjoyed every minute of his time on the planet. I am glad to find that he was a part of my family. My regret is that I did not know him early on.. Sara Neeb Burkholder

My mother Jane Eggenweiler has very fond memories of Art and is saddened at his passing. She's reminiscencing about their year at Ft. Devens and how he was one of my father Bob's good Army buddies.

Art went to school with my mother and, years later, worked with my father at American Optical. I remember him from the AO Time Studies Department family picnics as a kind man with a good sense of humor. I know my father liked and respected him. When my mother passed away Art sent such a nice hand-written note that I kept it. He will be missed.
