My sincere sympathies go to John's family and friends.
Although we have lived many miles apart for many years, I have always thought of John as a best friend and visited when ever I was in Buffalo.
I always felt welcomed by John and his family since our days together as fraternity brothers at UB. Today I learned that John's death was less than 2 weeks after we last spoke in early August.
My best wishes go to - Mrs. Curtis, Nick and Trulla - and their families.
