for Michael Peluso

Not sure what to say?

August 19, 2008

The most precious moments in friendship were not when I laughed with a friend, though those times are so good, but when I cried with a friend and she reached out and listened and understood.

Today I am thinking of all of you.

Dear Michael, I think of you every day and always will. I'll never forget the the family groups we went to at Horizon village and how one of the sessions was one letting go. I told you I would never stop believing in you no matter what. I'm never letting you go and I'll always love you.

November 9, 2007

Michael, whenever I go to church I think of the time you asked me to take you to see Father Joe at Our Lady Of The Blessed Sacrament and how we prayed the Our Father together,Love Aunt Nancy

Forever, I will hold you close.
Each smile, laugh and tear I’ve cried
A testament to your presence.
I will always love you,
No matter what happens.
Your death can not separate us.
I’m right here, loving you as always.
My heart is true and strong.
I will never forget your spirit.
I am no longer afraid.
To live or die is the same for me.
You are with me on this journey.
I raise your light to the heavens, and smile

I love you Mike

I was in the village with Mike this summer. He took one for the team and I hope he knows how much we miss him. I believe he is safe and at peace now. That is somthing he was searching for, and I pray that he has found it. My prayers are with Michael's family at this aweful time. Time will pass and the pain will lessen, I promise.

Michael, I miss you more and more every day. I try not to cry but I can't. There are so many reminders and memories. I can't stop thinking about the past and what your future might have been like. So many unanswered questions. I pray every night for you, your Mother and Father, Melissa, Gary and Ryan. The only peace I can find is knowing that Jesus and Grandma are embracing you with their love. Love You, Aunt Nancy

Hey Mike, Jus another night, I am not so sure why it gets so hard at night? I just can't understand why with everyday that passes it is harder and harder. It's everything, a picture, a song on the radio, a kid walking down the street. It is weird it is like i see you everywhere. I just can't believe it. I try to stay strong,I wake up and I sware I am not gonna cry today, but then I am lucky if I can make it out hte door and I already begin. Why, why is jsut getting harder? There is so much more you need to see and do. I need you to be here, I need you!!! Why Mike, why?

While working here, he was very well respected, and although he did stop working here, he left on good terms and we always hoped he would return to U.S. Energy Savings Corp. I know we have gone our seperate ways through the years and have not talked in long while, but please still know you are still in our thoughts often. We offer our condolences and will keep you in our prayers but remember, when we lose someone we love our memories will always remain with us. Please, if you need anything even an ear to listen, do not hesitate to call. Time may have passed but we would stop what we are doing to always help and it will seem as if just yesterday we were neighboor once again.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man."

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.
